Service Description

Make a sound decision for you and your family when considering a new home or apartment! Don't get stuck with buyer's remorse due to hidden EMF hazards. This service will highlight what I consider to be deal-breakers. That means issues around EMFs that would cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix. In some cases these issues are not able to be fixed. 99.9% of the time if a home has any of these issues, it's simply not worth it in terms of time and money to fix. Some examples of these deal-breakers: * Power line or substation magnetic fields * Wiring errors from city maintained street lights, electrical wiring, or plumbing * Cell tower wireless radiation- too close or too strong * Contact current and voltage in sleeping areas * Current on main equipment grounding conductor and ground rod To learn more about this inspection process, I've written a detailed article that explains everything: https://www.optimaldwellingspaces.com/post/real-estate-inspections-for-emf At the time of inspection, I will give you a written report highlighting issues found and my professional recommendation on whether or not you should move forward with purchase or rent. You might be surprised to learn that around 40% of the time, I recommend against the purchase or rent of the potential property due to one or more of the deal-breakers mentioned above. To that end, I also offer a multi-site pre-purchase inspection service covering two properties, and offering you a price break. If you are located outside of the Portland Metro Area, additional travel fees will apply. Email me for a quote or I will follow-up once you book an appointment with this information.
